Continuing on the choices from previous two episodes, New World Order puts a spotlight on Bruce Wayne after his father's misdeeds were broadcast live on TV. The board of directors of Wayne Corporation voted to remove him as acting CEO and temporarily place none other than Oswald Cobblepot, who nobody knows is the actual Penguin, a terrorist behind the attack on the TV station, as acting CEO. Oswald seems to enjoy his new role and doesn't let Bruce leave the office gracefully.

Turns out he beat Oswald Cobblepot to a pulp after being injected by the new drug, and until he finds a way to flush his system his mind will keep on playing tricks on him.
