You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in a lawful and respectful way.

You keep ownership of the reviews and other content you write. By submitting content that you choose to make public, you grant Critical Path permission to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

You agree not to use Critic Atlas to:

• post abusive, harassing, hateful, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or misleading content;
• spam, or post content that is not genuine;
• scrape, copy, or harvest data at scale, or otherwise interfere with or place undue load on the service;
• attempt to reverse engineer the service or to identify or deanonymize private users or aggregate contributors;
• disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

Users can report reviews, and reports are reviewed privately. We may moderate, hide, or remove content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its users.

Personalized Scores, reviewer matches, and recommendations are subjective, informational, and experimental. They are estimates based on available data and are not guarantees or objective ratings about any game. Data may be incomplete or imperfect.

The service references external game data and links to original review outlets and other third-party sources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. See our Attributions page for details on data sources.

Game titles, artwork, logos, screenshots, publisher and developer names, outlet names, critic names, and other marks belong to their respective owners. Critic Atlas is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners, or by IGDB, Twitch, or OpenCritic, unless stated otherwise.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or recommendation is accurate or complete.
