Critic Atlas brings together game information and review details from a few external sources. This page explains where that data may come from and how we try to credit it. We do not claim ownership of, or any partnership with, the sources below unless explicitly stated.
Game metadata and images (IGDB / Twitch)
Game metadata and cover art may be sourced from IGDB. IGDB is operated by Twitch, and our use of the IGDB API is governed by IGDB and Twitch developer terms.
Critic Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IGDB or Twitch. We do not claim any commercial license or permission beyond what those terms allow.
Review discovery (OpenCritic)
OpenCritic may have been used as a review-discovery or import lead to help locate reviews. It is used only as a starting point. The original outlet review page is the source of truth for every review record, and review details are verified against and linked to that original page where available.
Critic Atlas is notaffiliated with or endorsed by OpenCritic, and we do not reproduce or republish OpenCritic's protected content.
Original review outlets and critics
External review records identify and link to the original outlet review where available. We store review metadata such as the score, reviewer, date, and a link, and we avoid reproducing full review text. Review scores and writing belong to the original outlets and critics.
Trademarks and ownership
Game titles, artwork, logos, screenshots, publisher and developer names, outlet names, critic names, and other marks belong to their respective owners. They are used here for identification and reference. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
